Who We Are
North Helpline has two service sites, both featuring food access, homelessness prevention, and client services programs. Though we have evolved over the years to improve and better serve our diverse community, we’ve stayed true to the original vision of meeting folks where they are, serving them with dignity, and welcoming all with open arms.
What We Do
Lake City is the main hub of North Helpline. We run various programs throughout the week, including Home Delivery, in-person distribution, and many others. Volunteers who are 13 and under must have an adult guardian present to volunteer. Volunteers 14 and over are welcome to volunteer on their own with parent/guardian permission.
